Who uses our service?

• Charities, NFP partners, & members of the public who have secured safe housing & require immediate transport which can include children, pets, and essential belongings.

Clients prepare and pack their essential items. Essential items are belongings that are small, necessary, and easy to carry/box - items needed for immediate safety, comfort, and function during a crisis.
We do not transport appliances, furniture, or bulk items. Client loads the van as quickly as possible, with our team present to assist and ensure safety. We then secure all belongings for safe tra

CENTRELINK CRISIS PAYMENT

DblR can provide a verification letter confirming your relocation due to domestic or family violence, to use as evidence when you claim the Centrelink Crisis payment. You must lodge your claim with Centrelink within 7 days of leaving home.

We don't just help people; when crisis hits, rest assured that we can also transport your pets safely. Let us know if you require a pet carrier or travel crate.
